(a) Per state law, these permits are subject to a 10 business day (2 weeks) completeness review prior to the initial review. Completeness review is the verification that all required materials have been submitted per the City's published online application submittal checklist. If there is missing or incomplete information, the City will provide written notification about the outstanding items to the applicant. Once the applicant resubmits and City staff confirms all materials have been submitted, then the City will proceed with initial review, which includes code compliance review. All completeness review resubmittals are subject to a 10 business day review timeline.
The following are typical review timelines to receive a final decision on planning permits, assuming an initial review of no more than 30 days to receive City comments, and one resubmittal review. These timelines are subject to change.
